Five days

Travel, or in other words, a journey, adventure, excursion, expedition, navigation, passage, tour, trek, voyage, or wandering.

I choose all of the above.

In five days, I will be on a plane flying towards the next six weeks of my life.
Ste Croix en Plaine, a village of about 2,500 inhabitants, that sits in the Alsace region of France. That is where I will be living, with a host family until July 17th.
Is that too long, or too short? I am not quite sure yet.

I created this blog to let all of you know (all of you that care to read it) what I am up to. I am not sure how often I will post, but it seemed like a good way to stay connected with Tucson even when I am thousands of miles away.

Part of me has been living in France for awhile now. I think that it is absolutely time the rest of me caught up.
In five days, it will all begin. I have no idea what to expect, but I am also irrevocably ready to find out.
